Fitness professionals always talk about the importance of having goals. In fact, three things I always ask prospective clients are: What do you want to achieve? What is your inner motivation to achieve these goals? And why do you want to achieve these goals now? Having specific intentions propel purpose, your purpose! Without goals, you do not have direction. Without direction, you do not have a vision. And without a vision, you cannot have a gameplan to achieve your health and fitness goals.
