Fitness professionals always talk about the importance of having goals. In fact, three things I always ask prospective clients are: What do you want to achieve? What is your inner motivation to achieve these goals? And why do you want to achieve these goals now? Having specific intentions propel purpose, your purpose! Without goals, you do not have direction. Without direction, you do not have a vision. And without a vision, you cannot have a gameplan to achieve your health and fitness goals.
Choosing the Right Health and Fitness Goals
I work with clients to achieve four main health and fitness objectives.
In order for your goal-setting to be optimally effective, we need to define what your goals are and do so systemically. We help you set SMART goals. SMART goals are Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Time-Bound. Regardless of your objectives, devising both SMART short-term and long-term goals, is how we track your progress, make sure you are getting results, and most importantly, ensure that you Arise!
