5 Weeks and Counting!

The truth is everyday I don’t always feel like working out or following my nutritional plan but I do because to reach goals and dreams sacrifices must be made! In 15 weeks of training, I’ve lost 8 inches, 6.08% bodyfat and 4 pounds. 5 weeks to go! Time to stay focused and cross the finish line sprinting.

Time flies when your having fun!  I have 8 weeks till I hit the stage.  I’m loving life, doing what I love which is inspiring others to reach all their health & fitness goals and dreams. Follow your passion and the rest will come.
